Largely driven by their resilient future plans to tap into fresh
print innovations and productivity, a number of companies from the printing,
packaging, and publishing domains had invested in KOMORI sheet-fed offset
presses during the FY 2025-26. KOMORI India has proudly announced that 59 brand
new printing presses of its ever-demanding Lithrone and Enthrone models had
been installed at some of the leading printing and packaging companies across
the country during the period. A wholly-owned subsidiary of KOMORI Corporation
(Japan), KOMORI India has been active over the last seven years in the country
with gradual expansion of its machine installation base.
Mr. Jun Sudo, President, KOMORI India Pvt Ltd, states that the
overall achievements they garnered during the FY 25-26 is an outcome of their
team’s commitment as well as the new prospects and possibilities they now offer
with the latest Lithrone and Enthrone presses. He adds, “We have a clear focus
on providing sustainable, automated, user-centric, and economical solutions.
For instance, our G-Series presses, where ‘G’ stands for green, combine energy-saving technologies and waste-reduction
features without compromising on productivity. These are the key factors that
make our presses stand apart in the market nowadays.”
The milestone installations of 59 brand new KOMORI presses
during the FY 25-26 were taken place at companies dotted across the length and
breadth of India. Geographically, North witnessed the maximum number of
installations, i.e. 33. Next came up
South and West where installed a total of 24 machines—12 each in both the
regions. Of the total 12 new installations in West, Gujarat alone had 6. East

Among
the 59 new press installations, 43 were chosen for commercial and 16 for
packaging printing. Being an increasingly demanded model from KOMORI India’s
current press portfolio, Lithrone GL437 scored the highest number among the 59
new installations. This 37-inch offset press is versatile for high-quality
commercial, packaging, and publishing printing. Likewise, other demanding

efficiency.
